i’ll be honest…
i’m less inclined to share ripe anecdotes with you, dear readers, because many of them are moments i want to keep close to my heart. not that i wouldn’t if i wrote about it on the internet, but i think i’ve become fiercely protective of the love that surrounds me that i don’t want public scrutiny to mess that up. however, some conversations i’ve had with these precious connections sparked up some real concerns and thoughts i wanted to bring up to the community. selfishly, for my own exploration; but also for myself to get an idea of what you subscribers and readers are doing in your own lives. my friend and dear mentor, amaya, always calls me a 3rd houser to my core; and that’s true! i’ve been focusing on building community irl, and much of my time is spent shuttling around from event to event to see where things go.
